The Atlantic Room may be reserved for a private party by making a deposit in the amount of $500. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled more than seven days before the reserved date. The deposit is not refundable if the reservation is cancelled within seven days of the reserved date.
There is a minimum charge for a private party in the Atlantic Room of $1200 for Sunday through Wednesday evenings, $1500 for Thursday evening and $4500 for Friday and Saturday evenings. All food and beverage charges and the deposit will apply towards the minimum. Charges for audiovisual equipment and gratuities will not apply towards the minimum. If the minimum is not reached with food and beverage charges and the deposit, the difference between the minimum and the actual charges will be added to the amount due.
